It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Jorge Jurado. Jorge was a husband, father, son, brother, and friend to many whom he’s touched. Jorge was a man defined by his dedication to his family and an incredible work ethic. Before retirement, he worked everyday tirelessly to ensure his loved ones could move forward, putting their well being above his own. His heart was as big as his spirit— though sensitive, it was full of warmth and compassion. Anyone who met Jorge was welcomed with open arms, instantly made to feel like family. Jorge had a remarkable gift for storytelling, weaving tales from his beautiful life experiences, often sprinkled with jokes to bring a smile or laughter to those around him. He touched countless lives, leaving behind memories filled with joy, love, his light, and a sense of belonging. His kindness to everyone he encountered left an indelible mark in our lives. Jorge’s presence will be dearly missed, but the love and laughter he shared with us will live on in our hearts forever.

As we navigate this incredibly difficult time, we are raising funds to help support any specific needs for the Jurado family and to help ease the financial burden on his family.
