Support Jordon's Battle Against Neuroblastoma
Donation protected
Hi everyone! My beloved 7-year-old cousin, Jordon, was just diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma. It is a type of cancer that begins in the adrenal glands and quickly spreads. Unfortunately, his has metastasized to his liver, bones, spine, bone marrow, and lungs. He is a fighter though and has begun treatment at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh which will initially begin with 5 separate rounds of chemo with a stem cell harvest and surgery to remove the largest tumor on his liver. He is so strong and is a fighter and continues to smile every day.
Our charismatic, polite, kind, thoughtful, beautiful, and compassionate boy loves sports (he loves hockey, baseball, and football and is constantly following the stats from his hospital room), watching movies and shows like Hotel Transylvania and Bluey, playing outside and on his Nintendo Switch, and helping his Mommy and his best friend and brother, Jonah. He is the sweetest boy with so much light to share with the world and has the fight of his life ahead of him. So, I wanted to start this page to rally support for him and his wonderful family during this long journey.
As you could imagine, this time is very difficult and your help is greatly appreciated. Jordon's treatments are going to be extensive and mom and dad have both taken a leave of absence from work to be with him. Many treatments are not going to be covered by insurance so if you are in a position to help in any way, THANK YOU! We appreciate you, your prayers, love, and support.
Round 1 of chemo has just finished and so I will post updates as his treatment progresses. Thank you again, a million times over.
