Help Support Jordan During His Liver Transplant Recovery

On Thanksgiving week, our family received unexpected news that changed everything. Jordan, our beloved son/nephew/brother, who is only 38 years old- went into sudden liver failure and is now recovering from a lifesaving liver transplant at OSU Wexner Medical Center.

This surgery was urgent and critical — and while we are beyond grateful he is alive, the road ahead will be long. Jordan is unable to work for several months as he heals, attends frequent appointments, and rebuilds his strength. He will also be required to stay near the hospital for close monitoring.

His mom will be relocating to Columbus for almost three months to care for him daily. This means temporary housing costs, gas, meals, parking, and being unable to work during this time — all while Jordan’s regular bills (rent, car payments, insurance, etc.) continue to come in.

If you know Jordan, you know he has the kindest heart, a gentle spirit, and is the sweetest soul you could ever meet. He would give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need. He is an amazing, hardworking young man who never asks for anything — which is why we are asking on his behalf.

Your donations will go directly toward:

• Jordan’s monthly bills while he cannot work

• Temporary housing for his mom near the hospital

• Gas, parking, meals, and travel for daily caregiving

• Follow-up appointments and transplant aftercare needs
