UPDATE: Jordan has recently undergone a leg amputation. While he was recovering, another mass was discovered in the upper thigh of his amputated leg. As you can imagine, our family is devastated and saddened to hear more bad news. We are now seeking treatment options and clinical trials at cancer centers across the country. Unfortunately, many of the leading sarcoma specialty centers are not covered by our Florida insurance, creating an enormous financial burden during an already overwhelming time.

Anything you can do to help alleviate some of the costs would mean more to us than words can express. Even simply sharing Jordan’s story with others could help us reach someone who may be able to guide or support us.

Jordan, my nephew, has been bravely fighting osteosarcoma for the past three years, showing more strength and courage than most of us could ever imagine. His journey has been filled with countless hospital visits, treatments, and moments of hope and uncertainty. Unfortunately, the next step in Jordan’s fight is a leg amputation. This marks the beginning of a completely new chapter in his life—one filled with challenges, adjustments, and the need for extraordinary resilience. Loonie, if you can alter the go fund me I think it would be beneficial. As Jordan adapts to this new world, he will require specialized prosthetics and home accommodations and retrofitting to help him regain independence, mobility, and the ability to navigate everyday life, including walking and using stairs. These essential resources come with significant costs, and our family is doing everything we can to support him.
