Support Jordan's Journey to a Healthy Heart

My dearest friends son, Jordan is 6 months old. Jordan is the youngest of 5! He has a 12 year old sister, a 10 year old sister, a 7 year old brother and a 4 year old brother. He joins this happy and full home in fallbrook to his loving mom and dad, two dogs and a farm full of chickens.

Just around Christmas day, his oldest sisters birthday, mom realized he was having trouble breathing after a cold, and immediately took him in to Radys San Diego. After hours of testing they were able to discern he had a collapsed lung, and a large hole in the lower two cavities of his heart. He was immediately admitted into the Cardiac Ward for lung treatment and recovery. After three long weeks this happy boy made a full recovery of his lung issues and got to go home!!! Now he is busy gaining some weight to have his heart surgery.
