Hello everyone. My name is Marisa, and I am organizing this on behalf of my 17-year-old nephew, Jordan. We are needing to help him access vital alternative and holistic care as he fights stage 4 relapsed, refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Jordan was first diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma when he was just 12 years old. He bravely underwent six months of chemotherapy and achieved remission. That initial journey, while long, was relatively steady, with few complications. He received his port, completed treatment cycles, monitored with scans, and successfully put the cancer behind him.
This time, the situation is different.
Jordan relapsed this past summer at the age of 16. He spent his 17th birthday in the hospital, battling a stubborn infection for six weeks that forced a pause in his treatment plan. We have exhausted numerous conventional options—including three different drug changes, several hospital admissions, platelet transfusions, and multiple biopsies. We are quickly running out of tools within the standard care framework. We had hoped the second fight would be as manageable as the first, but we now find ourselves navigating a challenging uphill battle.
I am asking for your financial support to pursue integrated alternative and holistic treatments that can work alongside his conventional care. Our goal is to finally put this cancer to rest and allow Jordan to grow up, finish his senior year of high school, and enjoy a healthy life without fear.
No child should have to endure this fight, especially not twice.
