Jordan Abshire has been diagnosed with a rare form of bone marrow cancer called Primary Myelofibrosis. She will undergo aggressive chemotherapy to kill the cancer. Then Jordan will receive stem cell treatment, which will result in a stay at a specialized treatment facility where she will be monitored and isolated to rebuild her marrow and immune system. She will be on leave from her job for at least 4-6 months for treatment and healing.

Jordan is a devoted animal lover with a heart for caring for others. Alongside her husband, she lovingly cares for their small farm, including chickens, two horses, and two dogs.

Jordan’s faith is a central part of who she is, and she leans on it daily as a source of strength and hope. Right now, she and her family are facing a difficult season, and they need the support of their community more than ever.
