I am a Jordanian farmer who has been working the land for many years. For me, farming is not just a source of income — it’s a source of life for several families who work with me on the farm. This land is our small food basket, where we grow fresh vegetables that reach local homes and help feed our community.
Recently, we’ve been facing serious challenges:
Weather changing and storms.
A sharp drop in vegetable prices.
A significant increase in the cost of essentials like fertilizers and agricultural medicines.
And our farm urgently needs maintenance and repairs to keep it running and productive.
I also own an old vehicle that I use to transport the produce, but it now needs repairs to stay functional and continue serving the farm.
