Jordan’s Lobster Farms has been more than a restaurant for generations of Long Island families. It’s where celebrations were shared, summer traditions were made, and countless lobster rolls were enjoyed overlooking the water. It’s also the kind of place where you’d always find Steve Jordan greeting customers, chatting with families, showing children the lobsters, and making everyone feel welcome.
After the devastating fire, our focus is on the people who have made Jordan’s what it is, the staff. Many employees started working here as teenagers and have grown up alongside the restaurant, with some now raising families of their own. They are more than employees; they are family.
All funds raised will go directly to supporting the hardworking staff whose livelihoods have been impacted by this tragedy. Thank you for helping the people who have spent years taking care of our community.

The funds will be directly sent to Jordans Lobster Farms bank account. The funds are there to support staff that are missing work from the tragedy and will be distributed evenly among them.
