If you have ever met Jordan you know she has a way of making the world feel lighter. She's the friend who can turn a bad day into a belly laugh, cracks jokes in the most unexpected moments, and makes everyone around her feel safe to be themselves. She's also very independent and viciously stubborn, and would kill me if she knew I was making this page for her.

For years she has been living with kidney disease. She has been fighting through endless appointments and hospitalizations with a strength most people never even have to imagine… all while working full-time as a nurse in the operating room and being the greatest mother to her son Easton.

Jordan unfortunately suffers from Polycystic kidney disease and has now come to the next step in her journey - she has recently been diagnosed with end stage renal failure and will be starting the process of testing to receive a kidney transplant.

Even with insurance, the costs are overwhelming. Between the surgery, hospital stays, lifelong medications, follow-up appointments, and the required time off work to recover - the financial burden is heavy.

As many of you may know, its very hard for Jordan to ask for help. That's why we are coming together to fundraise for her. She deserves this chance at life- to watch her child grow up and be there for all life’s biggest and smallest moments it has to offer. There is no donation that is too small.
