Hello my name is Jordan Hartman and I have type 1 diabetes that honestly puts me in the hospital a lot due to my sugars going over 2000 last week...it's made me have a lot of medical bills because I've been admitted so often.They don't even know what's causing it at this time I've done lots of blood work wear a continuous glucose monitor called the G7 but it can only do so much...but my medical bills are starting to catch up with me...I am trying to get my disability cuz I don't know what's going to do when I still need to be seen by more Drs. I've been hospitalized a total of 11 times this year I'm at the point i don't know what to do i hate having to ask for a thing but i need help really badly
