My name is Jonathan Christopher Milks.

I really didn't want it to come to this. I've been fighting the last two and a half years trying to get my back fixed and it has left me in piles of medical debt.

I work full-time, though I'm lucky to make it through a whole day of work. The only reason I still have a job is due to FMLA.

I try my hardest every day to where I'm in full body tremors from pain. It has unfortunately come to this. I honestly don't know what to do. If my neurosurgeon cannot figure out what's wrong, then I am at a loss.

I've had my spine fused together, injections, burnt off nerves. All I'm left with is metal in my back, herniated discs, bulging discs, arthritis, bone degeneration, and spinal stenosis.

I know it's asking a lot, and there are people who need it more than me, but if anyone can help me out a little, even a share, I would be eternally grateful.
