Jonathan Lopez Mejicanos is my dear friend, and he’s facing one of the toughest challenges of his life. About a year ago, Jonathan was diagnosed with kidney disease, and sadly, both of his kidneys stopped working. Since then, he’s been fighting every day, supported by his loving wife and children, as they all hope for a brighter future. Now, Jonathan is preparing for a kidney transplant surgery—a critical step that will give him a second chance at life.

The journey hasn’t been easy. The costs of surgery, recovery, and ongoing medications are overwhelming for Jonathan and his family. On top of the medical bills, they’re also struggling to cover daily expenses while Jonathan focuses on healing.
