My name is Jonathan. I am a father of 3 wonderful children, Olivia, Sawyer, and Cooper. Also married to my amazing wife, Ryan. I was diagnosed a year ago with an astrocytoma grade 2, a cancerous tumor on the left rear quarter of my brain. I have finished radiation treatment and am currently 9 rounds in of chemotherapy.

I am looking for donations to help pay medical bills, copays, and buy food and items my family needs for day to day. Struggling for rent and utilities. Treatment is making it tough to work some days.
