Jonathan was shot in the line of duty and sustained major injuries while performing his duties as a law enforcement officer.  After several surgeries, Jonathan is still unable to return to work. 

Jonathan has been the only source of income for his wife and their children.  Jonathan may not be able to return back to work. He and his family are facing a significant financial hardship.
