Jonathan Pike had a stroke on Saturday, October 11. He was admitted to the ER very quickly and was sent to surgery to have the blood clot removed. Blood flow returned to his brain, and he is now under close observation in the ICU to make sure he remains stable. He is beginning the first steps of OT, PT, and speech therapy as part of his recovery, and right now he tires quickly. Building up his stamina for therapy will be another large part of the work he is doing.
