Support Jonathan Jacobus' Final Journey

Jonathan Jacobus (Jon Hole) passed away unexpectedly at home on his 49th birthday on July 13, 2024. All of you have been with him during his cancer journey. You guys know who he is, his impact he has left and how hard he fought! He had just finished his last round of chemo and his body couldn’t take it anymore.

So I’m asking one last time for him if we could come together and help his family put his soul forever to rest. Anything is greatly appreciated. R.I.P Jon Hole. Lots of love from the Jacobus kids.
