Support Jonas Woods & Family After Devastating Fire

Many in this community know one of Cruz's very best friends, Jonas Woods, an 8th grader at Shelby Middle, and his sweet mom, Mary Jennings, who works for Caramont and served as Team Mom for the Shelby Middle School football team.

Yesterday, Jonas, his mom, and his 2 brothers (ages 18 and 19) suffered a total loss of their home due to a fire, which looks to be electrical in nature. While the family is so very thankful there were no injuries in this fire, they have lost EVERYTHING to fire and smoke damage.

This fund is to help with the immediate needs of the cost of a hotel until the family can find another rental home and any costs (such as down payment) that come with the cost of securing a new home. It will also help with clothing needs for the family of 5, replacement of sports equipment (Jonas is a 3-sport athlete), and eventually with refurbishing basic furniture necessities for the home.

This family will need ongoing support from the community while they get back on their feet, but their faith and our help will go a long way in helping them to get through this unexpected hardship. Please feel free to share and thanks, in advance, for your contribution. No amount is too small.
