Hi, my name is Helen and I am Jon Yoshihara’s wife of 28 years. We have one son who is 24 years old. Jon has been diagnosed with Glioblastoma multiforme which is an extremely aggressive tumor. He currently resides at a board and care where he is receiving hospice care. I had to quit my job as a registered nurse to care for Jon. This has severely impacted our financial situation. I took over a bakery this year in attempt to have a flexible schedule to help take care of Jon, however, the bakery is not making enough to cover Jon’s care at this time.

I am looking for Jon to receive the best end-of-life care. Unfortunately, board and cares are very expensive as well as mortuary arrangements. We could use all the help we can get to support his end-of-life journey.
