Support Jon and his family in his fight against Osteosarcoma

Hey everyone,

I am starting this Go Fund Me on behalf of my amazing brother-in-law, Jon. For those of you who don't know, Jon was just recently diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. This came as quite a shock to all of us, but in typical Jon fashion he is very positive about everything. Jon and my sister-in-law, Sarah, are such incredible and giving humans. They support and inspire so many people both in their careers as well as being so involved in their faith.

They are navigating a lot right now with Jon's diagnosis. In happier news they recently found out they are expecting their second baby, making their sweet daughter, Esperanza a big sister. And while this is obviously beyond exciting you can see how this also adds to all the complexities of everything that is going on for them.

Jon has to undergo week-long hospital stays every few weeks to receive his chemotherapy and treatment, and will have a second surgery as well. It's going to be an intense process. Sarah is hoping to take some time away from work to help care for and support Jon through this and Jon will, of course, be unable to work for an extended period of time once he starts treatment. This Go Fund Me is to rally support around Jon, Sarah and their sweet growing family and especially to help with medical bills/hospital stays, time off work, meals, childcare, and to hopefully make things a bit easier too once the new baby comes. Any support you can give no matter how small is truly appreciated. Jon and Sarah are such selfless and positive humans and they deserve all the support in the world. We truly appreciate all of you and loving on them in their time of need.
