I’m organizing this fundraiser for my dear friend, Jojo (Josephine) Farrel, who recently suffered a serious dog bite that led to a severe infection and a long hospital stay. What began as a sudden and frightening accident has turned into a painful, exhausting recovery, made even harder by steep medical bills.

If you know Jojo, you know how much she loves animals. She has dedicated her life to caring for them as a veterinary technician, always going above and beyond to comfort pets and their families during difficult times. Jojo’s compassion shines through in everything she does.

The combination of hospital care, medications, follow-up treatment, and missing work has piled up.
