Johnse Bushlack was a special person, deeply loved by all who knew him. He was uncommon in his servant-heartedness, in his quiet, supportive leadership, in his love for people, and his love for God. His life was woven into the lives of so many others - maybe yours? But his life on this earth ended when Johnse and his beautiful family were on a Spring Break hike in Arizona. He had a medical emergency that led to air ambulance rides and emergency surgery. He did not survive the surgery.
It would be hard to find anyone with a bigger heart than Johnse. He loved abundantly.
He loved with the love of Jesus.
But in the physical sense, Johnse had a heart condition.
Most people didn’t know it - he lived all in - and day-to-day, he was just fine.
But because of Johnse’s heart condition, life insurance was not possible.
Johnse was wise. He was thoughtful. He was not reckless or irresponsible.
He was generous. He was faithful. But he had a heart condition that took life insurance off the table.
This financial hardship has left his wife Lauren, son Micah, and daughter Jacey in an impossible situation: grieving the sudden and unexpected loss of husband and father, and also faced with the reality of this loss without the safety net of life insurance.
As they sort out what life will look like without Johnse, will you help provide that safety net? Johnse poured his life into his family, his church, his colleagues and his many friends. Now it’s our turn to respond by generously supporting his family. Can you make a contribution, and will you invite others to help as well? All contributions will go to Lauren to help cover the financial hardship from Johnse's death.
