Hey everyone, I wanted to share something personal and ask for a little help as I go through a health challenge. Recently, doctors found a tumor on my adrenal gland called a pheochromocytoma. It's been causing some intense symptoms- not sleeping, spikes in cortisol increasing stress, anxiety, headaches, etc. And the best way to fix it is through surgery to remove the tumor. I'm in process of getting ready for that surgery, with additional tests, medications, and pre-op care to make everything as safe and smooth as possible. Even with insurance, the medical costs, time off work, and travel for appointments are adding up! I'm not great at asking for help, but I've realized this is one of those times when I can't do it alone.
