hello my name is Sandra. First I want to say thank you for your time. I am posting this on behalf of my family. We have embarked on a journey we didn't see coming.

my other half John Hemsoth suffered a major heart attack, which resulted in emergency triple bypass surgery.

Im not one to talk about our personal journey or the ups or downs, I have always believed in keeping your head down and navigating the harsh waters when they come. But this was such a shock and out of nowhere , that I am asking for support. We just moved back to Florida we were just starting to get back on our feet, we were excited about how the summer was going to pan out with work and some travel opportunities, that were going to lead to a trip back home to New Mexico. But everything changed, it's started with a phone call " I don't feel good today, my chest feels weird." We ran through the list of things it could be, did you eat something that's not sitting right, did you have to much coffee, did you not sleep ok, is it just heartburn.

I will never be more grateful in my life that John had the sense to trust his instincts and take himself to the hospital, I'm grateful he didn't wait longer.

There is nothing more sobering then hearing a doctor say, " if you waited any longer you would have died." All this happening while he is out of town for work, while he is away from home. It's a blessing he is alive,

The worst feeling in the world is seeing what life will be like losing someone so significant to you. The grief and fear is so palpable, vast like an ocean. This journey is eye opening about life and what living means. What needs to change , what needs to be cultivated in living better with purpose and love.

Im reaching out because we need a little help, for stability while we get this journey of healing started.

John is kind, sassy , with a big personality, he has a sincerity, be believes in his family, friends, he is loving. He brings flowers just because, and he knows my favorite candy, and what day my favorite show is on, and all the little things.

We are grateful for everything , prayers , and support.
