Support John’s Recovery After Brain Surgery

Donation protected
My brother John has faced incredible challenges throughout his life. As a child, he was diagnosed with leukemia and given only a five-year life expectancy. Through courage, determination, and countless treatments, John beat the odds — and is now about to celebrate his 47th birthday. Recently, John’s mental health began to decline, and after a fall, doctors discovered a 6.6 cm tumor on his frontal lobe. Surgeons believe this tumor, which required immediate surgery and has one additional surgery already scheduled (with potential for more in the future), is likely a result of the radiation he received as a child and may have been growing undiagnosed for over a decade.

John is currently unemployed and faces a long road to recovery. He will need extensive rehabilitation, travel for ongoing medical care, and medical devices such as walkers. There’s also a possibility he will require home care. While he has ACA coverage, we don’t know what will be fully covered. We’re asking for your help to cover these essential expenses and give John the best chance to regain his independence and quality of life.

He’s a devoted father, a loving brother, and a fighter — every donation, big or small, makes a real difference.
