Support John's Heart Surgery and Recovery

This gofundme is being set up for the benefit of John Mangum. John was admitted to the hospital on December 27th with heart failure. Due to health complications from diabetes and a grueling work schedule, he has developed severe edema, pneumonia, and other adjacent problems. John has been unable to proceed with the care for his primary heart problems. He has undergone two small operations for his heart (angiograms) but will like need further interventions and care for his lungs and heart. John has worked seven days a week to provide for his family ever since his career in the army. Due to unexpected financial losses at home, he has no resources to take care of his recovery and health as his journey at the hospital continues. The recovery plan will need to involve rehabilitation care and potentially at home care after being discharged. Right now there are no finances available for this.

I am writing this gofundme on behalf of John and his daughter Megan. Megan has been my and my family's roommate and close friend for seven years. We want to support her in any way we can and hope the rest of our village can come to our aid.
