On December 30th of 2024 my husband had his dialysis fistula graft procedure done 10 days later he went in to congestive heart failure and had a heart attack he was in the hospital for 7 days he never really got much better so on March 19th he went by ambulance back to Jameson hospital where they found he had another heart attack the very next morning he mini strokes and was transported to UPMC presby where he ended up in the MICU John has been through a lot but Is a fighter he has had NG tubes feeding tubes 24 hour dialysis now regular dialysis hi heart function is at 31-35% we are hopeful to get to a point for rehab I have been with him every day driving to Pittsburgh I have been off work to be there for my husband he has never asked anyone for help he has always been the one to help anyone in need and never asked for anything in return
