Support John's Heart

Hi My name is Tom and I'm fundraising for my brother John

John has been fighting Congestive Heart Failure for 10 years. Recently, he started retaining fluids around his Heart and lungs. He was sent to Brigham and Women's Hospital on 2/15 to try and regulate his fluid and blood pressure. On 2/25, they tried to remove the catheter from his neck that he was getting his medication through, and he went into cardiac arrest and put on life support. He since has been fighting to get off life support to have the LVAD devise procedure to support his heart until he is healthy enough to get a heart transplant. He has many more weeks at Brigham and Women's Hospital.

Please help to support his wife and children with travel, hotels, food, parking, and medical bills while he remains in Boston.

John will be in Boston longer than we thought. Because his surgery has been pushed out a week or more due to getting pneumonia.
