Support John's Fight Against Vision Loss

My name is John Knipe Jr, and I am living with diabetic retinopathy. As a result of diabetes, I have lost my vision, am currently in stage 4 kidney failure, and battle with the high costs of medical services along with high-priced prescription medication.
