A Husband, Father, and Friend
It saddens me to share the news of the passing of John Via on Tuesday, February 18th 2025, he was a beloved husband, father, and friend. John’s unexpected departure has left a void in the lives of his family, and we are reaching out to ask for support during this difficult time. John was the rock of his family, especially for his wife, Stephanie Grant; his children, Kaydence, Hunter, Ashiyah, and step children, Joseph, Jeremiah, Kylie, Jaxson, and grandmother, Sylvia. John worked tirelessly to provide for them, both financially and emotionally. John and Stephanie have know each other for 15 years and came to California together for a better life and he will be missed deeply by her.
Throughout his life, John faced many challenges, but his resilience and determination helped him overcome them. He was a fighter, never letting hardships define him. John was the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back. He was known for his willingness to help others, no matter the situation.
John had a deep passion for Harley-Davidson Motorcycles which made him very dedicated to his work. He took great pride in his job, truly loved what he did and was on his way to becoming a master technician. John’s passion for work even led him to take side jobs and work on his days off. He gave his heart to everything whether it was his work, hobbies, or being a caring family man.
One of the things that stood out about John was his commitment to doing the right thing and be a better person. Every day, he would make time to call his grandmother, Sylvia, always making sure to check in and even send her books that she would like. His thoughtfulness and care for his family and friends were constant. He was always checking up on friends, making plans to go to concerts with them, and even getting friends thoughtful gifts.
Stephanie and their kids are facing a difficult journey ahead, and they need our support. As the primary provider for the family, John’s passing has left a big financial gap. We are asking for any contributions you can offer to help support the family during this challenging time.
Your donations will help cover immediate expenses and provide some financial relief to the family after this sudden and painful loss. Every bit of support means the world to John’s family as they try to heal and move forward without him.
John’s legacy of kindness, love, and genuine friendship have reached many. Thank you for your support, and for keeping his family in your thoughts and prayers during this heartbreaking time.
With thanks,
