Support Johnru's Seminary Education
Donation protected
After bravely following his call and overcoming obstacle after obstacle, Johnru is almost halfway through his first semester at Brite Divinity School! He's doing great and I'm so proud of him! We need a little more help to cover the balance of his tuition for this semester. Specifically, we need $2,000 by December 1.
Johnru Villamor is a Filipino member of the church I serve, Davis Memorial United Methodist Church, in North Richland Hills, Texas. He's been in the United States for about two years now and has made a decision to follow God's leading into full-time Christian service. He was accepted into Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University and given an 80% tuition grant because of his academic record and promise for ministry. He's off to a wonderful start to the semester, getting very good grades and comments by his professors.
Helping Johnru with his seminary expenses is more than just helping one person--it's an investment in his ministry and the difference he is making in the church and the world! He brings incredible gifts in building disciples, reaching new people for Christ, creativity and enthusiasm for worship, and an international perspective to his ministry. He helps me every week with preparing my sermon and I often consult with him for creative worship ideas and developing discipleship systems. Please help me support him in his education and furthering his ministry.
