Support Johnny's Recovery

My name is Blaire and I am Johnny DiLeo's girlfriend of 4 years. He was in a horrific motorcycle accident on September 24th around 6pm. Johnny is a very experienced rider and was wearing his helmet and all of his gear, just going on a leisurely ride. Little did he know that his life was about to change forever.

He was driving through a green light, going the speed limit when someone pulled out in front of him. Johnny was not able to stop in time. He collided with the SUV, slid underneath the car, and was tragically run over. The police, first responders, and EMS were amazing and got to the scene extremely quickly. Johnny actually stopped breathing while they were working on him, but they were able to resuscitate him and bring him back to life. He has been given a second chance and I know that his time on this Earth is not over yet.

Johnny has suffered multiple traumatic injuries. He has punctured both lungs, liver, broken 6-7 ribs, fractured his pelvis, dislocated his right hip, fractured his femur on one leg and tibia on the other, and damaged artery. He is currently stable, on a ventilator, and fighting for his life. Please keep his family, Johnny, and his dogs in your prayers as there is an extremely long road ahead in his recovery.

Johnny is completely obsessed with his babies. We have two German Shepherds, Hannah and Hudson. If you know Johnny, you know how absolutely hilarious he is and how he loves to make everyone laugh... even if it is with a bad joke. We have been together for four years and he has been my absolute rock. When Johnny finally wakes up, I think our joke will be that there was a reason this happened right when I was about to graduate... because I am about to kick his ass in therapy every day ;).

This GoFundMe is to help with the extensive medical bills to come along with utilities and rent as Johnny was the sole provider for our family. I am currently in physical therapy assistant school and going through midterms and, honestly, I am not sure how I am going to keep everything afloat.
