Support Johnny Trevino's Road to Recovery

Johnny Trevino is a loving son, brother, uncle, husband, and father to his family.

For those that know Johnny, he is that friend/family member that would go out of his way to help you and is one of the most loyal friends you could know.

He found out he had cancer on his right kidney in October 2023 and had it surgically removed in December. He has been cancer-free ever since the surgery and was receiving monthly immunotherapy treatment to help keep any more cancer from growing.

He was brought into the emergency room on Sept 25 thinking he might have pneumonia, but it turns out he was having an extremely rare (1 in >500,000) side effect from his immunotherapy, which caused a buildup of fluid around his heart and inflammation of all his organs.

He was on heart and lung life support for 2 full weeks, completely sedated. He's since battled through that and is now awake and aware of his surroundings. He's made a miraculous recovery so far but still has a long road of various physical therapies ahead of him.

Johnny has accumulated a hospital bill that is continuing to grow due to the various life-support procedures that were completed and the extensive therapy that will be needed for his full recovery. His wife (Joann) and son (Adrian) have been at the hospital with him the entire time, so they've been out of work. Bills are steadily coming in and insurance can not cover all his medical bills.
