The McCraw family has always been a source of encouragement and support for young athletes in our community. Johnny and his wife, Brooke, have dedicated countless hours to helping kids improve their softball and baseball skills, inspiring them to reach for their dreams. Their passion for coaching goes beyond the field—they truly care about each child's growth and confidence. I have seen this firsthand when my own daughter was struggling with batting. After a tough tournament, Johnny took the time to work with her one-on-one, helping her regain her confidence and improve her technique. Thanks to his guidance, she went on to have one of the highest batting averages on her team that season.

Now the McCraws are facing a challenge of their own. Johnny has been battling serious health issues for over a year, including a recent diagnosis of stage 3 AL amyloidosis and congestive heart failure. Their family is already facing significant medical bills, and Johnny is just beginning chemotherapy. The financial strain is affecting not only Johnny, but also his wife, their two young sons (ages 6 and 8), and their 23-year-old daughter. They need help covering medical expenses and travel for treatment so they can focus on Johnny's recovery and supporting each other through this difficult time.
