In the early morning of December 27, 2025 my parents got the call no parents are prepared to get. My big brother, John Donati, III, was involved in a catastrophic car accident and was being transported to Chippenham with severe injuries. He’s still in the hospital with a 5+ broken vertebrae, collarbone, multiple ribs and skull fractures. By what can only be described as a miracle, he’s still with us and is cracking his normal (yet horrible) jokes while starting the slow and torturous venture towards recovery.

John (Johnny) won’t be able to work for awhile and our parents are preparing themselves and their home to be the best support and caregivers, just as they’ve always been for all of us ‘kids’ and anyone else who has ever been in need.

if you’re able, please put your best thoughts and wishes into the world as we navigate this horrible situation. Any/all funds will be given directly to my dad, John Jr, to help with hospital costs, physical therapy and payments due while Johnny is unable to work.

Our goal for 2026 is now that of ‘healing.’ This encompasses all facets of life including financial, emotional and physical. No worries if you don’t choose to contribute financially — prayers, well wishes and healing thoughts are just as important, if not more.
