My name is Elton, and I’m asking for support for my brother and his family. On January 16th, my brother suffered a life-threatening medical emergency. He experienced flash pulmonary edema, which led to heart failure, requiring an emergency tracheostomy to save his life. Due to the severity of his condition, he was airlifted to San Antonio for critical care. Shortly after, doctors discovered that he had suffered a stroke.

He is now stable and making encouraging progress, but remains very weak due to heart failure and stroke-related complications. He is currently in rehabilitation and will require several months of outpatient rehab as he continues his recovery.

This journey has placed a tremendous emotional and financial strain on his family. Any donation, no matter the amount, would help ease this burden and allow them to focus on his healing. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page means just as much.
