Hello — as many of you already know, I have been going through a three‑year custody battle for my daughter. As of Thursday, November 6, 2025I have been accused of abandoning her, and I currently have a family‑court hearing scheduled for January 13, 2026 to show these accusations are false and completely unfounded.

I need help securing a retainer for a lawyer so the truth can be revealed and to prove I am not a deadbeat dad. My goal is $4,000: $1,000 to cover the Guardian ad Litem assigned to my daughter and $3,000 for a lawyer’s retainer. I represented myself at the last two court appearances but have been advised that I will need professional representation for this case moving forward.

I appreciate any help — anything will make a difference. Thank you for your prayers and words of encouragement over the last three years. If you know me, you know these claims are completely false; I have never abused or abandoned my little girl. My Ex-Wife has filed a motion to strip me of my parental right. Which as you may know is a death sentence for a parent.

I am physically, mentally and financially drained. I am humbling asking for any help with these expenses.
