As a fellow launch photographer, John O'Connor was a great resource and friend. He always had a good story, a great idea, and some tips and tricks to help both newer photographers learn how to photograph a launch or someone who was more experienced and looking for a better way to do things.
John leaves behind an incredible legacy and history with his coverage of activities at Kennedy Space Center, dating back to the Space Shuttle days.
Unfortunately, John passed away suddenly, leaving little family and no money behind. We want to cover his cremation expenses, internment in a columbarium, legal fees, no more. and could really use your help. No matter the donation size, it would be a nice way to send off our colleague and friend.
