Dear Friends and Family,

Today, my cousin John Grandinetti received the devastating news that he has been diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer after several misdiagnoses. As he begins chemotherapy tomorrow, John is unable to work, and the Grandinetti family faces significant financial challenges.

John has always been a pillar of our community. He founded a non-profit after-school program that uses boxing to help troubled youth, giving them a safe space and positive outlet. Now, he needs our support more than ever.

John has a loving wife and several young children at home who need our support during this incredibly difficult time. With the holiday season upon us, I understand that finances can be tight, but any contribution, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated.

The funds raised will go towards covering living expenses and medical bills for the foreseeable future. This is the second GoFundMe campaign I’ve had to organize within six months, and it breaks my heart to see loved ones in such need. Life can be incredibly hard, but together, we can make it a little easier for those who need it most.
