Support John Goodall's Family During Medical Crisis

Hello, my name is John Goodall. I have a fiancée and 7 children; my oldest is in the military and college now, and 6 others are at home. Recently, I went to the hospital for what I thought was constipation or gall or kidney stones. I was misdiagnosed from constipation to finding out I had a bad infection due to appendicitis. It did rupture, and I got a nasty infection. I am lucky to be alive, which caused me to be in the hospital in St. Cloud for 5 days. I got to go home for a week on antibiotics, which decreased my infection and symptoms, but I'm still in pain, and this will reoccur. So now we plan surgery to have it removed, but in this time, I'm on short-term disability and still have to apply for that and can't until the 6th of this month. Payments I won't see until a week later, and that will not be enough. My fiancée, Deidre Johnson, has 2 jobs, and she's taking care of me and the kids and has missed a lot of work. Then her hours went down at one job, and she's not making enough to make bills at the other job. We just had a baby 4 months ago too. We need help paying our bills, especially our mortgage. We just bought a house a year ago last month. Please, if there's anything you can donate, it would be greatly appreciated.
