On March 24th, John Gersonde received a life-changing diagnosis: Stage 4 Rectal Cancer. The cancer has spread to his lymph nodes and liver, with multiple lesions up to 2cm in size. He's currently undergoing treatment, requiring frequent trips to Grand Rapids.

John is more than just a partner to his fiancée, Lindsey; he's a devoted step-parent to her three children. His love and dedication to his family are unwavering, and this diagnosis affects them all deeply.
