Weezie is heartbroken to share the devastating news that one of our valued employees, John Dumlao, and his family have experienced an unimaginable loss.

John, who is based in the Philippines, welcomed his baby girl, Elysse, on December 17th. She was born prematurely and immediately transferred to the NICU for specialized care. Over the following weeks, Elysse demonstrated incredible strength in the face of overwhelming challenges. Tragically, on Sunday, January 12, Elysse passed away due to severe bacterial septic shock and pneumonia.

John is a cherished member of the Weezie team, and his kindness, dedication, and positivity have touched us all. During this difficult time, we want to come together as a community to support him and his family as they navigate their grief and the financial burdens they face.

The medical bills from Elysse’s NICU care, along with the funeral expenses, have placed a significant strain on the family. We are creating this GoFundMe campaign to provide them with some financial relief so they can focus on healing and honoring Elysse’s memory.
