Support John Daugherty's Road to Recovery

On July 6, 2024, John Daugherty had a motorcycle accident. He suffered a severe head trauma. There are many other injuries to his body, but the brain injury is his health team's top priority. Currently, he is in ICU and has not been awake since the accident. I know John has a heart of gold and has always been willing to drop everything at a moment's notice to help anyone- whether that is a friend, a buddy from work or someone on the side of the road. I have been overwhelmed by the sheer number of people reaching out to know how they can help myself and Cooper.

Currently, we are just living day to day and John is slowly making baby steps in the right direction, but we know there is an incredibly long journey of recovery ahead of all of us. I know it is really early in the journey and I don't know what we need or if we need anything, but anyone who knows me, knows I'm a planner. As hard as it is for me to ask for help, people have inquired about making donations to help with his care. We can use any help you can give right now, mostly in the form of positive thoughts and prayers, however, if you would like to help in the form of a monetary donation, we appreciate that as well.

Cooper and I are riding the waves of emotion and have good moments and bad moments, and know these will continue for quite a while. Thank you for your continued outpouring of love.
