Support John Carter Sr.'s Stroke Recovery

John Carter Sr. has worked as a paramedic for North Central Arkansas for 35 years. He recently had a stroke and will not be able to work, which means his wife will be out of work as well. He will be going to a rehab facility for a while and needs help during this tragedy. John is a caring soul and was there for anyone and everyone that needed him. He will do anything he can to help those in need, and now it’s our turn to help him.
