Support John Bork's Double Lung Transplant Recovery
Donation protected
John Bork had a double lung transplant on March 4th due to complications with Kartagener Syndrome. John has also battled Type 1 diabetes since a young age, which ran in his family. Not only did John have this rare syndrome, he also has Situs inversus. This is where his organs are flipped. This is rare and has caused many complications in his life as well. John spent 4 1/2weeks in the hospital and over 2 1/2 months down in Iowa City recovering from his surgery. John came back to Grafton towards the end of May but has had to be admitted back to the hospital in Iowa City multiple times due to complications from his surgery.
This has been a journey for John and the whole Bork family. John has a long road ahead of him and any prayers and support you can give are welcome.
