My name is Crystal and I have a family member, John Shannon, whose home caught fire this past Friday. He was fortune enough to escape with only minor burns to his face, head, and chest, with no life threatening smoke inhalation. He and his beautiful German Shepard, Neo, lived alone. My immediate family have taken Neo in to foster him until further notice and John is currently living with my mom. While we are doing everything we can to take care of them both, they did lose absolutely everything they had! The fire incinerated the entire house and melted a portion of the body of his vehicle. John is a wonderful and kind person and has always been the type to help anyone who needed it. The amount I have requested is of course just a goal, but anything that anyone can find in their heart to donate would be very much appreciated and well spent to help John get back on his feet and simply secure everyday items that may be needed.
