Hello my name is John. I am a single father of two beautiful girls that are my world. I was just diagnosed with esophageal cancer which has also spread to the lymph nodes within my esophagus. The mass blocks the entrance to my stomach and currently not able to eat solid foods. With treatment starting soon I am unable to work and bills along with medical bills are going to start piling up.
