Dear friends,
We are reaching out with broken hearts on behalf of Johany and Ronald Camejo, a young couple who happily awaited the arrival of their healthy baby girl, Zoe Cossett.
Tragically, at 36 weeks of pregnancy, their precious baby girl passed away in the womb due to undiagnosed preeclampsia with HELLP syndrome. Johany had to get an emergency C-section under general anesthesia in order to save her life.
And in the aftermath, they face the heartbreak of a stillborn child.
Everything was prepared to welcome their daughter — hopes, prayers, and love... but life had other plans.
According to state law, babies born after 20 weeks must be officially buried or cremated. While this honors the value of life, it also comes with unexpected and significant costs: transportation, funeral services, and burial arrangements.
Because Johany's pregnancy and delivery were high-risk, Ronald will need to stay home to care for her, limiting his ability to work. Now they are facing not only grief but financial hardship.
We are humbly asking for your support — whether through a donation or a prayer. Your gift, no matter the size, will help this family give their baby girl a proper and honorable memorial.
Even more than financial help, your prayers mean the world. Please pray for strength, comfort, and peace for this grieving family.
Let us be the hands and feet of Jesus — showing love when one of us suffers.
Thank you, and may God bless you for your compassion.
