Hi, my name is Kayla Oswalt, and I’m raising funds for a dear family close to many of our hearts—Ann and Earl Aldridge (you may know them best as “Big Earl from Pearl & Little Ann”) and their son, Joey.

On April 9th, Joey was in a terrible car accident that changed his life forever. The injuries he sustained left him mostly paralyzed from the chest down.

Joey spent four weeks in the ICU at University Hospital, followed by six intense weeks at Methodist Rehab. Now, he’s continuing his recovery journey at home, surrounded by the love and care of his parents.

But the road ahead is long and expensive.

This GoFundMe has been created to help ease the overwhelming financial strain on the Aldridge family. Every dollar raised will go directly toward:

• Medical bills and essential supplies

• Gas for travel to frequent doctor and rehab appointments

• Groceries, utilities, and other household expenses while Joey recovers at home and requires full-time care

Joey has shown incredible strength and determination, and his family has remained steadfast in their faith and love. But they cannot do this alone.
