Restore Joey Jordan’s Auto Business Legacy

Hi Everyone! My name is Lisa and I’m putting this fundraiser together with a bunch of other friends for one of the best humans we know, Joey Jordan and his company Singer Auto, LLC.

On Friday evening, the unimaginable happened. A car going anywhere from 80-90 mph took out his fencing, sign, power line, and 4 cars that were for sale. The loss of that income and the additional cost of repairs is unknown at this time.

He was out for the evening with his family when he got the call. I can’t even begin to imagine what went through his mind in that moment. This is a business he has built from the ground up. It’s a legacy he wants to leave for his children and grandchildren. To have that legacy threatened is a scary thing.

Joey is the type of man that will give you the shirt off his back if he knew you needed it. We were lucky enough to have met through the Supernatural fandom, one of the greatest television shows ever created. Joey loved the show so much he went ahead and was able to get a 1967 Impala, aptly named “Baby Sis.” Where most people would want to charge to share her with the masses, Joey goes out of his way to put together monthly meetups where locals have the opportunity for photos and joy rides. Despite the fortune he’s put into the car, he does it for free because he loves to see people smile.

Having him agree to this fundraiser was a feat in and of itself. We only got him to agree to this if all money donated was sent to a family in need if/when the insurance money comes in. He is a man who is used to giving the help, not receiving. He has shown up for so many of us time and again, it’s time for us to show up for him.

Family don’t end in blood.
